At Eclipse Cards and Hobby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collection. We offer a 14-day return window for unopened merchandise and accessories to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, factory-sealed packaging; please note that opened booster packs or individual trading cards are ineligible for return due to market volatility.

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in a sturdy box with protective padding and include your RMA slip before shipping to our designated return center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our hobby experts inspect and approve the returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
