What is the condition of the cards and products sold?
All sealed products are guaranteed factory-sealed and untampered. For individual cards, we use industry-standard grading definitions, and most listings are in Near Mint or better condition unless otherwise specified.
How do you ensure cards are protected during shipping?
We take shipping seriously. Single cards are shipped in sleeves and top-loaders or semi-rigids, then secured in bubble mailers. Sealed boxes are carefully padded with bubble wrap to prevent corner damage during transit.
What is your return policy on trading card products?
Due to market volatility, all sales of sealed trading card products and individual cards are final. Returns are only accepted if the item received is incorrect or significantly not as described.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming releases?
Yes, we offer pre-orders for most major TCG and hobby releases. Please note that any order containing a pre-order item will be held and shipped in its entirety once all items are in stock.
